Meridian Road House

On January 24 2010 we closed on a house to fix up and sell, I hate the term 'flip'!

 Due to some mix ups at closing I did not get the keys until Wednesday, the 26th.
This is what we found inside....

The stench in the house was overwhelming, cat and dog hair and excrement were everywhere!
On Thursday, we gutted the kitchen, and pulled up all of the flooring. We found even more wonderful sites and smells!

Pounds and pounds of cat litter in the carpeting.

This wall is in the dining room, they must have had nightly food fights, or worse?

If one takes a shower in a bath room that is this dirty, are you really getting clean, why bother?

Today on Saturday, the 29th Lar and I went to work on the house together for a few hours, I worked on the replacing the plumbing that was missing and she pulled staples out of the floor and swept.
Laura had a successful day, she got the whole downstairs done, I on the other hand was not as successful.  
When I turned on the water, water poured down from the can lights in the kitchen, there is a broken pipe in the wall between the bathrooms. So Monday, we get to tear out a bathroom.
